I recently stayed at The Noble Swan Wood Park Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Overall, I was pleased with my experience. The hotel's location was excellent, with many tourist attractions and shopping centers within walking distance. The staff was friendly and provided great service, making me feel at home. The hotel's facilities were also impressive, including a 24-hour front desk, elevator, and WiFi in public areas. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the aircon was a bit noisy. The hotel's breakfast was available in some rooms, which was a nice touch. One thing to note is that the hotel is quite old, but the staff did their best to maintain it. The hotel's location near Tan Son Nhat Airport was convenient for my travel plans. Overall, I would recommend The Noble Swan Wood Park Hotel for its great location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. It's a great choice for backpackers and families alike.

The hotel very nearby Pham Ngu Lao there is destination for Hangout street, In my oppinoion the pricing so high that you got back service from the hotel, Nice hotel but abit expensive price than we got service comfortable stay.

We chose this place because of its location and the pictures of the room looked okay. When we arrived, we were shocked by how dirty the room, windows, bed sheets, and the floor. All are so dusty. When I checked in and asked for the second card of the room, the guys at the receptionist said there was no second card. I asked why, and he half-shouted and answered me "No WHY!". The next day, we asked the receptionist (a female one, around 20s) to clean the room. When we were back, on the way to go up to the room, the receptionist said our room was ready. We assumed it meant it was already cleaned. Then we opened the room wasn't cleaned AT ALL, everything was still the same like we left and only there was a new set of towels on the bed. That's it. (We laughed because it's so ridiculous...WTF.) Also, the air-conditioning was leaking like real shower. Then we decided to leave after the second night even though we booked it for three nights. When we checked out, an older lady was sitting in the "lobby" area and just nodded asking us to put the key on the desk. Didn't even ask us anything or wanna check the room........I guess because they don't care about service. Well, there's NO SERVICE at all. Be careful and stay away from this place if you want your money's worth. Worst experience in my traveling history.

I was visiting my ole stomping grounds, was hoping for a nicer location and nicer room with amenities but the pictures were misleading. Staff, however, was very nice and welcoming. GRAB came very quickly for both taxi and motobike services.

I stayed for a few nights. While the location is amazing, it was quite noisy.

This hotel is a gem! Impeccably clean room, especially the toilet! The staff is friendly and goes the extra mile to make you feel at home. I had a refreshing stay; would come back for sure! ❤️

The picture is not of the hotel. The second room was ok. The bed was comfortable overall it was ok. But have to think about staying there again.

Look, it’s not the worst place in the world. The entrance is a massage parlour. You around the corner from all the action of Bui Vien (Main walking street). You may struggle with sounds at night if you’re a light sleeper. The rooms are super small, and passable if you’re a solo traveller.

I booked The Noble Swan Wood Park Hotel a week before my stay (20th April) due to its location next to the bus terminal. Upon arrival, I met and talked to a receptionist guy in his 40s. The weird question he asked me was if I stayed one day or two days. I found it funny because I booked only ONE NIGHT. Why he had to ask me if I would stay an extra night. The following question he asked was "what time will I check out tomorrow?" It was funny again. I could check any time I wanted to as long as it didn't exceed the check-out time (usually 11am or 12pm). Then, he said, there is a problem with my room. I asked what the problem was. He didn't mention what it was, and kept repeating 'there's a problem with my room'. He told me to sit and wait for 5mn. I sat in the couch. Later, he asked me to transfer to another hotel, located 500m from there (that was what he said). I asked if it was another hotel under the same name. He said yes, adding that there are 5 branches of this hotel. I was tired after a long flight, so I agreed. He drove with his motorbike for more than 2km to a street where there was a security guy waiting to carry my luggage. He told me to follow the security, and said "I gave you a bigger room" and left. I followed the security to a place without any name and without any staff/receptionist there. He brought me to the 4th floor of a building. There was no staff, except him as the only security who didn't speak English. That building was newly built. The room was big with two beds, but was dusty. The cups, tables, ... were dirty. I felt UNSAFE, so I walked down the stairs to check every floor. There was no one, no receptionist at all. I called and shared my live location with my friends, in case anything happened. I went down to talk to the security and to see if there were any guests walking in and out at the entrance. Yes, there were three guests walking in. I felt a bit relieved, but I couldn't sleep peacefully that night. The next day, I checked out at around 9am. There was a new security guy at the entrance. And I didn't see any receptionist, STILL. I paid the hotel price, and I expected a good room and a good service but why transferred me to another place less than a hotel where I felt unsafe?????????????????????????
