I visited this hotel during September 2021. And generally I was satisfied. Rooms are very clean, same as the whole hotel in all areas, cozy, quite small, looking exactly like on the hotel pictures. What are the positives? Good locatikn, nice rooms, nice pool, wellness centre with all possible services, dream spa. I tried combined aroma bath and massage… and I was very satisfied. Spa area is very clean and comfortable. Staff is excellent. Use pool, pool bar and jacuzzi… be careful on slippy floors in showers. WIFI connection is very good. I tried to measure its speed and it was around 40 MBit. Generally I liked the staff which is well chosen by the hotel management. Breakfast is just perfect. You can find almost everything in buffet, including sparkling wine. I was just surprised by wide choice in such a small hotel (around 36 rooms). Hotel is checking your Covid Pass. And now negatives. Yes, there are some and it would be pity to overlook them. Simply said…. Air- condition system is horrible, it is noisy and not strong enough, specially if you have a room under the roof and on the West side. Such rooms are quite warm and it is quite hard to sleep when the A/C system is switched on. But what is even worse are pillows and mattresses. While it would not be easy to deal with the A/C system for the hotel (just try to avoid rooms under roof), it would be easier to do something with beds! These are not beds and pillows for 5 stars hotel, but rather 3 stars. Good bed is the basis for good hotel. And this hotel can be perfect. I also tried restaurant for dinner and I was not satisfied. Staff is very nice, but my dish was not (salmon steak and roasted vegetable noodles… both swimming in oil, not only terriyaki sauce). Would I come again? Yes, definitelly. Look at other hotels at this place and it is clear decision.
