設施：中規中矩的商務酒店，設施還比較新，不過沒有什麼顯著優點也沒什麼顯著的缺點。
衞生：衞生還可以，挺乾淨的。
環境：離人吉駅近些，但是離人吉市商圈較遠，晚上的話除非有自行車，否則在沒有路燈的馬路上走路還是很危險的。
服務：服務還可以。

古い建物ですが立地が良くコスパは良いと思います。問題は音です。ベッドが古いのかギシギシ音が出ます。浴室の換気扇も普通でない音がしました。実は両隣りの客室からの音が筒抜けでいろんな意味でカップルにはすすめられません。ひとりで眠れればいいというのであればお勧めしますし、私自身もリピートすると思います。受付の方は感じが良かったです。
