The service was all good, staffs were nice. Location is very convenient. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby at the hotel. The unit was clean except the bed, it’s a little bit uncomfortable for me. But, everything was good.

Thanks to the front desk staff for the elevator room, it was so heartwarming. I don't know if it was because our Japanese was poor that we were given such a crappy room. I clearly booked a 23-square-meter room, but the practical area of the room only looked like a dozen square meters. When I checked out, I asked the front desk how big our room was, and the front desk staff replied that they didn't know. What's even more bizarre is that there wasn't even a socket at the head of the bed. I've lived in hotels for more than 20 years and this is the first time I've encountered this. It's so shocking. The hotel's breakfast buffet is also very simple. I wanted to apply for a Toyoko membership before checking in, but I'm glad I didn't. I won't choose a Toyoko hotel again. This is the only time.
