this hotel is no problem at all. we could spend comfortably.

Absolutely pathetic hotel and experience. Booked two double room for two families of 3 each, but we were given semi double room with small cot saying hotel only has semi double rooms and they cannot help if travel websites allows such double room booking. Now most wierd one: the AC has not been working in entire hotel due to centralized AC failure issue and hotel did not mention so when we enquired about the room size and other amenities on calls before booking. We only realized during night time when going to bed given it was hot outside and AC wasn't functioning and hotel could only acknowledge with small apologies. Having paid a boom for an otherwise double room size and with being unable to sleep in hot room and rather uncomfortable bed size, one can only try to remove such harrowing experience from memory and way far from recommending such dubious hotels and their service to anyone. Trip.com should work on highlighting such expeccted limitations of their recommended hotels to provide better experience ti travellers. Worst experience with Trip.com as well

There are plenty of amenities. You can choose only what you want to use. The service at the reception was also kind and polite. I was a little concerned about the black mold on the wall of the unit bath, but other than that it was clean and I was able to relax in a very quiet room. The air conditioner in the room was a little hot because you couldn't switch between heating and cooling by yourself. However, there was an air purifier, so I used it and was comfortable. It's close to the station, and there are family restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance. I would like to use it again.

The room is very large, and the twin room feels larger than the average business hotel. There is also a small round table and 2 chairs in the room. It is rare to have so many seats. There are many restaurants near the hotel. Don’t be afraid of not being able to find something to eat. The parking lot is across the road from the hotel and is free. You can choose to have breakfast in the underground restaurant/room.

The room was very clean and close to Hitachi Station. You can see the sunrise directly from the window. There is only a shopping mall near the station, about 300 meters away. We checked in on Sunday and all the small shops nearby were closed, so it was a bit difficult to eat.

I had a great stay with my girlfriend! It was a bit narrow, but I think it's average for a Japanese double room. I will use it again when I visit Hitachi.

The service was average. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were ample charging facilities for smartphones. The room will be darkened while you sleep if you turn on the sleep switch. Unfortunately, I stayed on a Sunday, so many of the nearby restaurants were closed, which was inconvenient, but I don't think it would be a problem on weekdays or weekends. There was plenty of parking available.

Good service

I am a repeat customer. The service is efficient. 2 rice balls for 100 yen is a bargain. Breakfast (Japanese food) is recommended.

2 minutes walk from Hitachi Station. Parking is free but requires a reservation. There is only one elevator. You may have to wait a little if it is crowded. The minimum amenities are available at the front floor. The rooms have been renovated and are clean. The beds are large and comfortable. You can choose your pillow. The walls are thin. I guess that can't be helped as it is a business hotel. There are a fair number of restaurants around the hotel. You can walk to Hitachi Station to find a convenience store. There is a LAWSON. Sorry for the bullet points. I wouldn't say it's the best, but it's a good hotel.
