The front desk people were Great! the cleaning staff never offered to clean my room the 4 days I was there. Facilities were good and so was breakfast. But mostly the hotel staff were great and made the stay a pleasure.

It's an express hotel in the suburbs. I booked this hotel to be closer to the visiting guests.
The room size is pretty good, and the facilities are up to domestic Hanting standards. The breakfast room is large and has a rich variety.

The hotell didnt meet the standard expected. The rooms, the facilities are little below what I expected of quality hotell. However, the workers, the reception and everyone was very friendly, helpful and nice

Quality Hotel Winn Göteborg (room 316) Booked in the last minute so didn't had much hotels to choose from as other hotels was fully booked, and this hotel was "cheapest". Its a old but basic hotel outside the city center. +Breakfast. +Free Wi-Fi +Swimming pool (time must be booked). +Car parking (cost 100kr per night). +Hair dryer in the room. +Heater. -No iron but probably can get from reception. -No refrigerator in the room if I remember correct.

Economy two beds room with breakfast. + Nice beds and the room was cool and dark, I slept well! + The breakfast was relaxing and the buffé was good - Very low value for the money we paid (Coldplay concert in town) - The rooms and other areas are worn - The car charger was only 2,3 kWh even though the homepage promise 14 kWh Winn - Very stressed check in and we could not get our room before 4PM

Very nice staff, good quality of the room and accessories. The corridor has nice fragrance and there was no rush in the booking for indoor pool. I will recommend every family in the nearby towns and cities to visit it once.

2 out of 4 days there was no housekeeping and no clean towels and a third day only after waiting for over an hour. The reception did not compensate for this and was not really customer oriented, to say the least. Besides that, the food was excellent as well as the swimming pool and the beds.

Rooms and facilities are ok but the poor rating is exclusively for the restaurant service. The first evening we (2 persons) waited 40 minutes to order after we got seated by the waiter and received the menu. Three waiters working and about 20 guests i total, so not crowded and not busy. After 40 minutes we left, no drinks and no food. The three waiters stood and chatted with each other in the lounge bar. Second evening we wanted to try again. This time we ordered drinks and food as the waiter seated us, just to make sure… It took 20 minutes to even get the beer. This evening about 15 guests seated with same three waiters working, so not crowded. When food and drinks finally showed up it was really fine. So good grades for the kitchen!
