Very dissatisfied with breakfast first day buffet style lots of choice but hot buffet was stone cold sausages bacon eggs etc day 2 and 3 no buffet just a bit of paper with a few choices I opted for poached eggs and can't eat fried guess what they were fried again couldn't eat breakfast avoid restaurant staff on the 20/3/2024 were so rude and would not change my eggs on the 21/3/2024 I had massage it was done by a elderly woman who was so out of breath puffing and panting it was terrible I reckon she was a housekeeper not masseur waste of money but spa facilities were lovely

We vook this hotel at a very decent price. We just arrived and i am very pleased with what i see. I have 17+ years of ezperience in tourism and i have to tell you the hotel is good. We already ate for lunch and the meal was alright. Rooms are.not spacious but enough for 2+1. Cable tv could be improved. Apart from that there is plenty of hot water and the rooms are warm. The cleaning lady on the 4th floor is friendly and could not do better. So far it is good. I have visited several hotels in Hisarya, but so far this property is best value for money. Thank you

Very disappointed that neither the Hotel or *********** informed us that the main outdoor swimming pools were out of order. This was a huge disappointment for my friends kids who were with us. The facilities was a big part of why we booked so this was a major blow. The hotel itself is starting to look quite out of date and rundown and could do with a general refurbishment. Most upsetting for all was the discovery of spikes being used on the outdoor seating terrace alcove walls to prevent swallows from nesting. We saw 2 that had gotten trapped, one dead the other half alive. (See attached pics) The kids in particular found this extremely distressing. Worse, when we told staff their response was disinterested. Not a good look and completely put us off any possible future return.
