Voxx Marmaris Beach Resort

nice place the food is great although they’re short on fruits and dessert( only watermelon ,waffles ,pancakes and ice cream….they have nice entertainment schedules , clean rooms , friendly staff .Overall I recommend the resort if you go with you partner or friends

Do not go near this Hotel. We spent 7 nights there, room was tidied up once, we had to sneak out every day to cupboard outside our room to get towels changed and get bog roll. Food was basic, only chicken and turkey were served everyday, as far as meat is concerned, fish was on the menu two days, a kind of fish We had never seen or eaten before, looked like ''Tilapia'', cheapest kind of fish there is. Entertainment was available during three of the seven nights, the other four were described as ''chill out'', meaning, no entertainment at all. Check out was at midnight since we were going to be picked up from Hotel at 00:40 a.m. 30 minute jorney to ''Marmaris'' where we were transferred to a coach to take us to Dalaman Airport, 3 and a half hours away, upon arrival at airport, one of our suitcases had disappeared from Coach hold, phoned hotel , phoned ''On The Beach'' customer care, no one helped, we had bought insurance but due to lack of Police Report claim cannot be processed. Cost of seven phone calls to insurance company was £ 152 due to ''On The Beach'' recommendation of calling them. After three emails from hotel regarding our lost suitcase, no one has bothered to contact us again with any news about the where abouts of it. Despite great and quiet hotel location, surounding beach area is crowded with locals in camper vans, cars and trucks supplying different items and making mess.

Me and partner spend 7 days here. All the staff are wonderful and we had such a lovely experience! Could not recommend this hotel enough. Amazing!!!! Jasmine and ginger were amazing!
