Fortezza Beach Resort

First of all, I would like to thank Volkan Bey for his work, he is attentive to every detail every day and is responsible for his work! I have not seen such an attitude to work for a long time!👏 My special thanks to the Chef and Pastry Chef, the food is varied every day, for all tastes and dietary preferences! Thank you for your hard work and dedication to your guests! The restaurant staff, managers, waiters every day tried to do their job carefully and satisfy all the needs of the guests. Thank you very much to the maids (deluxe building), daily thorough cleaning and change of linen and towels! Without you, the holiday would not have been so comfortable! The Stars of Fortezza Beach are, of course, the animation team: Berkin, Anastasia, Anna, Lera and Valerie). Every morning they started with a smile and greeting the guests in three languages (Turkish, English and Russian)! They tried to find an approach to each guest and offer a choice of suitable activities! And what are their costumed improvisations worth! Every day started with a smile when meeting with the animation team) The guys constantly surprised not only with their costumes, but also with evening shows in which they were directly involved! Nature has rewarded this place with wonderful, clean air, beautiful landscapes and beautiful sea! I hope the hotel team will continue to maintain this wealth! Kurban bayraminiz kutlu olsun!

A perfect 10 days. We arrived late and on entering reception the night manager was very helpful. He was also very friendly throughout our stay whenever we bumped into him. I'm sorry i can't remember his name but thank you for all your help. Mehmet at the Kalispera bar ( amongst other places around the resort) was also very helpful and friendly. A big thank you to other bar staff who's names I have also forgotten! Our room was perfect, it was a bungalow on the front and we couldn't have hoped for better. The view was amazing. A big thank you also has to go to the housekeeper. A couple of times we came back to Flowers on the bed which was a nice touch. The food was amazing, especially from the grill. Some reviews have mentioned not enough choice but this was not the case. It wasn't always piping hot, but hot enough. The freshly made Pide was always a highlight at dinner. You cannot fault the location or the room (bungalow)and service we had. I can't comment on the main building or other rooms Some reviews have issues with it being mainly Russian. This wasn't an issue nor should it be. Everyone was friendly despite language barriers although I would say reception staff could be a little more friendly to other nationalities but luckily you don't need reception for much during the stay.If you want English tourists stay in Marmaris or Icemeler but you will definitely miss out on a wonderful stay at this resort. Thanks for everything Fortezza One other point is the bus to Marmaris. This is not a hotel bus but a public service. It's only 45 lira per person. Be careful of the timetable. It says on the hour up to midnight from Marmaris but it stopped at 7pm. This meant a taxi back at almost 900 lira. Luckily there was another couple coming back to split the cost. It could be it was a Sunday, but the timetable didn't say this.

Recommended for families with children The hotel has a wonderful view. It is very big, it offers many activities. It is ideal for families with children. The employees are very kind, Mrs. Oksana at the reception was extremely nice. As minuses, I would put the cleanliness of the dining room, which leaves much to be desired. And the fact that the hotel is occupied by 80% Russians. If you don't have a problem with that, then I recommend you go.

Ailecek gittiğimiz otelden genel olarak memnun ayrıldık. Otelin doğası çok güzel. Deniz temiz ama bulanık şnorkel için uygun değil. Denizin kıyı kesiminde kum mevcut muhtemelen doğal örtüsü kum değil taşıma yapılmış, sonrasında taşlık çakıl değil taşlık! Bazı yerler ise kumluk çocuklar buralardan keyif alabilir. Aile odası geniş ve rahat. Otelin ve odaların genel temizliği iyi. Odalarda mini bar girişte bir kere doluyor sonrasında su dahil dolum yok. Odada kettle, kahve, çay olanağı yok. Yemeklerde masaya içecek servisi yok su dahil. Yemekler orta, tatlılar bazı günler çok iyiydi bazı günler sıradan bildik herşey dahil tatlılarıydı. Yemek saatlerine uyulmuyor örnek akşam yemeği 19-21 arası ama 20.30 da büfeler toplanıyor diğer öğünler içinde bu geçerli. Genel olarak memnun kaldığımız bir oteldi.

This was the second time we have been in Fortezza. We love Fortezza beaches that is not crowded. Hotel is between forest, away from the City with excellent silence and oxygen. Animation team was very good in this year, specially Berkin, Anastasia, Anton and Sevinç. They are very friendly, helpful and always smiling. Just, in restaurant there are many friendly bees rolling around your food :) Food varity could be better, last year it was better from this year. Hope to see you again.

The food was not the best So far from the city Shoutout for berkin vary friendly man The rooms was not clean The service was ok No arabic food No English speakers at all There was some activities The restaurant is not comfortable No air conditioning.

We stayed in this beatiful hotel for 7 days. This was my 7'th trip to turkey and the first one in Marmaris, This hotel is located 30 km far from Marmaris in an outstanding and gorgeous location Between sea and mountain. The facilities were geat: 3 outdoor pools , gym, aqua park, good and clean rooms, 5 bars with different drinks, kind staff, delicious and various food with brilliant design and extraordinary taste for all nations and great animation programs for every night. The entertainment team were friendly, especially thanx to Mr.Berkin who was always energitic and thanx to Miss.sevgil, if I pronounced her name correctly and she was always kind and helpful. The related games of hotel were complete from swimming games, waterpolo, dart, vallyball, tenis, ping pong and ... . The only issue of the hotel was the internet which was not strong enough and sometimes stopped working. Altogether this hotel was great for relaxing and every thing was satisfiable.
