The hotel is quite basic and small, but overall it's decent. The location is close to the ski center. The breakfast is similar to a Turkish breakfast and is acceptable, as I am familiar with it. However, the service isn’t very good, possibly because they have many guests.
Ps. I want to thank the doorman uncle (forgot to asking his name) —he was very helpful and a very nice person.

Zumrut is just a stone throw away from the main slope and gondler.
They have their own ski equipment shop at the main gate.
Food wise is a bit limited but adequate.
The staff are really friendly and helpful and our rooms where clean.
In terms of facilities there isn't much and the hotel isn't in the same class as others along this *****, but it is excellent value for money.

A very simple stay that’s across the street from the Tekir gate lift. There is no ski rental on the property, just a ski shop. You walk across the street, rent you gear and go skiing, great location!
Pro tip: stay in the Kayseri instead. There is nothing to do in the area at all. No speed ski, super expensive restaurants that only open at 19:00 (the slopes close at 17:00 - so you have 2 dead hours !!!)
If you stay in Kayseri - it’s a 25 minute drive, 120 TL parking right at the ski rental, once done - go to Kayseri and it’s a huge city with everything in it! The hotels are 1/4 of the price, as well as all other prices. You do not need to carry the ski gear around - rent it for a few days and they store it for you anyways!

Temiz düzenli kibar anlayış ile yönetilen , fiyat performans oteli . Kesin olarak aile ile gelinip kalınacak yada spor yapmak üzere odaklananlar için iyi bir otel . Kahvaltı ve yemekler kararında olması gerektiği kadar ve çeşitlilikte idi .
