Brilliant service! Wonderful breakfast. My stay at DAS 3917 Hotel was overall very enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Its proximity to the ski slopes was a great advantage. The food offered by the hotel was delicious and varied. The spa and relaxation areas were also very comfortable. Overall, it was an experience that met my expectations. Some small improvements could be made, but it is definitely a hotel I would choose again.

Lovely atmosphere in the middle of nowhere, clean rooms and public spaces, stuff was helpful, very well organised activities, food was good and loads of options, hotel and the stuff provided everything we needed, definitely visiting back.

Best Skii hotel in Erciyes, clean, peaceful ,thanks to the crew, best experience with friends. Would totally comeback next year.. The food is excelent. All lifts and pist are increadable. Thank you for all guys for support. Especially for guest relations team

Rooms were huge and hot, but you should be careful when you clean the rooms, and foods were various and all of them were great. Just to specify that the spa and hamam should be more airy. And one more suggestion, please bring box games to the game romm, such as monopoly, tabu etc. Thank you.

Amazing place with great culinary experience - amazing food for breakfast, lunch and dinner including love cooking. Close to ski slopes with a varrying difficulty from blue to black routes. Well functioning transportation to neighbouring slopes. Comfortable rooms. Great design of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

All the staff were friendly, and no questions were left unanswered. The breakfast and dinner selections were vast and delicious. I would especially recommend this place for young couples. The frequent transportation schedule to nearby slopes made everything seamless. Additionally, the reception offered free ski passes, which was the cherry on top.

Excellent food, nice hotel, ski bus to the ski locker building and ski lift included... good place for family stay. Play room and swimming pool is bit outdated but kids love it anyway. Waiters and ladies at reception are very helpful. Alcoholic drinks in apres ski bar are overpriced. Non alcoholic are reasonobly priced.

It is not our first time here. We are really appreciate the service we get every time when we are at Apres. After skiing it is a best place to drink glintwein and take some snacks. There is a special vibe which I cannot get anywhere else in Erciyes. Thank you so much and keep doing)
