They keep delaying. It’s so **! I have been to Switzerland many times, and the pre-authorization of Swiss hotels is refunded when I check out. I have stayed in this hotel before. Last time, I booked it in English on the hotel’s official website, so there was no problem. This time, I booked it on Ctrip. They are obviously bullying Chinese people. In addition, there was only one guest in each of my two rooms, and they charged environmental fees and city taxes for 2 people in each room. When communicating with the hotel, they replied that the booking information was for 2 people? ? But they know very well how many people are staying in the room! ! ! It’s so ** everywhere, don’t step on the thunder! ! !

The room is much larger than expected and even has a small kitchen. You can directly see the lake. When you check in, you also get a welcome drink so you can go to the bar to order most drinks. Breakfast is in the form of free ordering a dish plus buffet, and the large French windows of the restaurant next to the lake make people feel happy. Good service, friendly staff. Probably one of the best hotels in Zurich.

Wonderful, quiet location right on the lake, small wellness area with direct access to swimming in the lake. The finest breakfast, buffet and a la carte for any egg dishes. Not to forget the excellent espresso and cappuccino. Rooms with a view of the lake and first-class parquet floors, as well as the service and friendliness of the employees were excellent. Simply everything to enjoy.
