You can ask for the staff not to clean the room and they will leave out clean towels and such. If have problems with getting up or sitting on the floor, this place is not for you. The staff is nice. There is small area where you can sit, but no additional place to eat as you can't use the dinning area or the microwave for your own food. I recommend a stay at this ryokan!

I went for the purpose of Hiroshima ware and Miyajima torii gate after construction. The facility was new and the parking lot was large, especially the open-air bath was large, and the scenery was very good. The deluxe room was large and I was able to spend a relaxing time. Since the mother is famous for business hotels, the outlet for charging smartphones and the WIFI environment are also solid. The employees were also pleasant. I'd say the nicest hotel I've stayed in during my two weeks in Japan. The hotel is a 10min walk from the station. Rooms are comfortable and have enough room for luggage. On my last night I wanted to take advantage of the onsen. Two of the younger members of staff were hesitant to allow me access. They brought to my attention the on-site rules which highlight that it would be unsuitable for people with tattoos (I have several large visible ones) to use the onsen. I do not remember this being highlighted on the trip.com website, otherwise I would not have booked. However another female member of staff (presumably the manager) intervened and stated because I was from overseas it should not be a problem.
