When I checked to make sure my reservation was correct before staying, they were very polite and kind, and on the day of the stay, they prepared a clean room with slippers for each person, and I was able to enjoy a relaxing stay on the spacious bed and sofa. . I was surprised to find that there was a washing machine, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, and even an iron. Although it might be difficult due to the location, it would have been great if there was a parking lot, but thanks to you, we had a good trip. thank you very much.

I really liked my stay at the Hilton Hiroshima. The hotel is brand new with top amenities, like the gym and swimming pool which are great. My room was also very spacious, confortable and clean, with a very nice view. Overall, this was a great stay at this hotel.
Just one improvement area would be the dinner buffet, which I found was not as good as the rest (mostly frozen or processed food, lack of variety and healthy options available).
The location is excellent, which is very close to the Shinkansen exit of Hiroshima station. The front desk is good in English and eager to answer different questions. I appreciate the large bed size and the mirror in front of wall-sided desk. Overall a good experience.
The best hotel we stayed in whilst in Japan. Fantastic location very close to the Peace Memorial Park. Big comfortable room with city view. Don’t miss the excellent rooftop bar. Starbucks across the road for breakfast if you are so inclined. Very reasonably priced as well.
It is convenient from the station!
The room is clean and large anyway! Amenities and room clothes
It was on the first floor, so I took what I wanted.
When the check-in time was late, there was no front desk, and there was nothing to explain in the room, so it was difficult to understand basic things such as wi-fi and check-out method.
It will be exchanged by email or phone, so you may not have any trouble when there is a front desk. ..
Location ok, near the tramway, but not the nicest street. The room is very hot, uncomfortable and tiny. And it’s not exactly 2 beds. There’s one double bed and then there’s a very high and uncomfortable stepladder to reach a mattress that is very close to the ceiling. The staff doesn’t speak any English and we had to use Google translation with everyone. We were given the wrong room at first and waited 40 minutes to check-in. The woman didn’t know we had already paid for the room. Then the next day, we asked to leave our luggage before taking the train which they agreed to. And when we returned to gather them, they said they would charge us for this service as we were away for more than an hour. The staff wasn’t very cooperative or nice and wouldn’t let us leave. There is no sign or explanation anywhere about the fact that leaving your luggage is not free. It’s not written anywhere.
The price is really cheap, 10 minutes walk from Yokogawa Station. Downstairs is 711 for the whole family. Attractions are not afraid of trouble to walk for 10 minutes to the city center. The disadvantage is that there is no curtain in this room, the hotel does not have an elevator, in fact, it is a hotel converted into an apartment in Japan, and the water flow in the bath is so small. Check-in is basically self-service, stayed for 3 days, except to see the young lady who cleaned in the morning, did not see anyone at the front desk. If you save money, you can consider living, health is justified, and the residential areas next to it are quiet.
2 I stayed, but the breakfast buffet was fun and delicious
The customer service at the front desk and the response to the parking lot were satisfactory. I will use it next time.

Outstanding
AAnonymous UserVery affordable hotel that boasts clean and quiet rooms. The rooms were abit small but we knew that beforehand. As with many Japanese hotels, the amenities were top notch with great design thinking. We tried to use the laundry but it always full - there’s a waiting list and no reservation allowed. We went to a coin & wash shop 5 mins away for about the same price. Location wise it’s a 5min walk to the Main Street of streetcars so pretty convenient. 10mins walk to Hondori too.
AAnonymous UserIt felt good to stay at SHERATON GRAND, HIROSHIMA, but I was displeased by the illogical operation of the hotel restaurant Buffet & Coffee “BRIDGES”. After check-in, the front desk will provide a free drink voucher, which can be used in the above restaurants and is valid from 1/9-1/12. When I redeemed it on 1/10, the person in charge of the restaurant told me that the restaurant was full. When I asked him when it would be more convenient to use it on 1/11, he unexpectedly answered that it was also full on 1/11, and the restaurant's zero o'clock time was 06 : 30-23:00, I asked him again if he had no free time? For example, at some time in the morning or afternoon, he insisted that it was full. There's no point in wasting time arguing with him over a drink, and I don't understand the logic?
GGuest UserNo frills hotel located just opposite Hiroshima Station with a Lawson conveniently located on the ground floor. Room was really small so avoid bringing more than 1 luggage if possible.
Found some rubbish likely left behind by the previous guest and the washing machines in the laundry room had lots of lint in the rim which got on to some of my clothes and post washing my clothes had an odor too. However, props to the hotel for having a smart system to allow different cashless payment modes for the washing machines, clear instructions and a PIN for you to prevent clothes theft.
GGuest UserTitle: Spacious Rooms and Convenient Location in Hiroshima
Rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars
Review:
Our stay at the Rihga Royal Hotel Hiroshima was quite enjoyable. The standout feature was definitely the room size - it was surprisingly spacious, especially compared to many other hotels we've experienced in Japan. This extra space made our stay much more comfortable and relaxing.
The hotel's location is another big plus. It's conveniently situated, making it easy to access many of Hiroshima’s-attractions. We found it to be a great base for exploring the city, with good transportation and tourist bus links from Hiroshima station nearby.
The staff were polite and helpful, which added to the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities met our expectations for a hotel of this caliber.
One area where there's room for improvement is the breakfast options. While adequate, we felt the variety could be expanded, especially for guests with dietary restrictions. A wider range of choices would have been appreciated.
Despite this minor drawback, we had a very positive experience overall. The combination of the exceptionally spacious rooms and the convenient location made our stay in Hiroshima both comfortable and efficient. We would recommend the Rihga Royal Hotel Kyoto to other travelers, particularly those who value room space and a good location.
GGuest UserPositives:
Location is okay, you can get here from the station by the bus.
Capsules had a fan inside and didn't get stuffy.
You get a bag with the toiletries and pyjama, which is nice.
Negatives:
No fridge to store the food
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes' walk from the city center. There are also trams nearby. The hotel room is not too small and can accommodate two large suitcases at the same time. The most convenient thing is that you can check out on the TV in the room, without having to drag your suitcase to the lobby, which is super convenient.
JJetsetter BabeHotel is easy to find from the train station with the large hotel name on the top of the building. Staff were friendly and keen to help. Room is sufficient for a one night stay, bit cramped but still have enough room to open the suitcases. We marked 4 star for amenities as there was not bottled water provided in the room and hotel pajamas. We have stayed in many other Japanese hotels with the same star rating with less room cost that have provided both amenities.
GGuest UserAbout 10 mins walk from Hiroshima station. I stayed in the twin room and it’s possible to open 2 big luggages with some creativity. The pictures of the big onsen are from the male onsen. The female onsen is much smaller and with only 2 wash stations… and the wash stations have no partitions. Just gotta time your baths well. The hotel does not offer Yamato so you gotta take a trek to a convenience store or the actual Yamato store which is about 10 mins away on foot. One of the staff’s attitude was pretty harsh and put her hand out to stop us when we tried to take some amenities form the amenities bar upon check in. Perhaps a simple polite explanation (or maybe just let your guests have extra amenities?) would suffice. There are pretty nice izakayas a short walk away and a laundromat just across the street. Okay for a short stay if you value a laundromat nearby.
BBridge the GapAlthough walking distance to the train station and attached shopping arcade, the hotel is in a business park area and not very convenient for the tourist sites in town The rooms are small and a little dingy - the hotel itself is a bit older and needs a sprucing up. Breakfast is served downstairs and the food is mediocre at best - I definitely wouldn't pay for it again. There isn't much around the hotel - I walked around on my way back at night, looking for someplace to get a bite to eat or a a drink and couldn't find anything (a few blocks away was a terrible place that had a lot of unmarked fees and charges). If I were to do it all over, I definitely would choose a different hotel in a different area. (Please note: the hotel did nothing wrong, per se, and the staff was very nice! It just wasn’t the right place for me, for purpose of this trip.)
AAnonymous UserHiroshima Station takes 30 minutes by train, which feels a bit far, 300 meters from the nearest tram station. The room facilities are good and complete. I especially like that each room has a microwave.
