"The room was fantastic, especially for families with older children. It allowed kids and parents to have separate rooms, giving the children their own private space for gaming or chatting with friends. Having two bathrooms was also incredibly convenient. The room was very spacious; I had no trouble opening my 29-inch suitcase on the floor. In fact, I was able to open both my 24-inch and 29-inch suitcases simultaneously when organizing my belongings. Also, a useful tip: for China Eastern flights to Hiroshima between July 1st and 31st, you can exchange your flight ticket directly for a bus ticket to Hiroshima Station at the arrival hall. Unfortunately, I only realized this on my return trip when I was already in the departure hall, so I missed out on this convenient opportunity."

"Facilities: Though a bit dated, the facilities are very well-maintained. My only minor gripe was the bathroom toilet; it was incredibly small—quite possibly the smallest I've encountered in Japan—making it genuinely inconvenient to use. Cleanliness: Excellent. View: The hotel's top floor offers panoramic views of Hiroshima city. Service: Excellent."

"Position is super central, less than 10 min walking or 1 tram stop from the train station. Facilities modern, clean. Room is tiny but in line with Japanese standards. I was staying with my friend and we had 2 rooms. I don’t know why but my room did not get serviced while my friend’s did. We left and came back at the same time and my room had not be cleaned (although I had even left the sign please clean the room on the door). I got a bag of new towels left at the doorstep but no cleaning inside."

"Good hotel in an outstanding location for Hiroshima’s most important tourist sites: the Memorial Peace Park, Museum, and the iconic Iron Dome. The Knot is a 10-minute walk from these sites. Less desirable is the lack of viable restaurants-especially breakfast- besides the hotel’s restaurant- in the immediate area; while the hotel restaurant is fine, it’s pricey and gets redundant after a few meals. Access to the Hiroshima train station is a mere 15-minute walk to the #2 & #6 trolley line. Don’t be weirded out when you can’t find the reception desk to check in; it’s on the 14th floor for inexplicable reasons. There’s a bar with snacks there, too. Checkout is a breeze. Just toss your key into a bin slot on the elevator on your way out. Overall, a solid hotel choice."

"very convenient location, many cafes and shops nearby. We really liked PARCO. The Hiroshima Peace Museum and Peace Memorial Park are a 20-minute walk away. There is a tram stop opposite the hotel, which allows you to get to any part of the city and Hiroshima station is not very far away. The stay was comfortable, we liked everything."

"Superb service and hotel facilities! I was allowed to check-in 2h in advance, which was very convenient. Nice view from the large window in the room. The only downside being the hotel location, which is about 25 minutes away by foot from Hiroshima’s main attractions."

"Had an awesome stay with what that seems like a discounted price (probably due to low season). Big and clean room, has a small gym that’s 24/7, located rather conveniently to Hiroshima station (need to take a bus that’s just outside the hotel; otherwise a 27 minutes walk)."

"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Hiroshima. The location is excellent — right in the city center, close to Hondori Shopping Street, several malls, bars, and restaurants. It was easy to explore the city, with the nearest tram station about a 10-minute walk away, offering direct access to the central railway station and other parts of Hiroshima. We stayed in a Semi Double Room, which was quite compact, and the bed felt a bit narrow for two people. That said, the amenities were thoughtful and well-curated. We especially liked the traditional-style bathroom, as well as the complimentary sheet masks and foot patches — a nice touch after a day of walking around the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, as you’d expect in Japan. Overall, despite the small room, we had a good experience and appreciated the convenience and service."

"I stayed here while traveling alone. The main features are the large public bath, and Hokke Club's delicious breakfast with a wide selection of local dishes. As for the location, it's convenient, with Heiwa Park within walking distance. It's a little over a 10-minute walk from the downtown area, but there is a shopping street close to the hotel, so it's a good choice if you want a change of pace from the downtown downtown area and want to experience a more local atmosphere."
