Very clean and well equipped hotel room, tourist destinations are very accessible by car

The room was clean and the kitchen was convenient to use. The bathroom had a washing area and I was very happy to have a bathtub where I could relax. I wasn't planning on doing laundry, but I used it thinking about what I'd do when I got home. Everything was very helpful. My mother-in-law was also traveling with us, so I thought the beds were designed to ensure each person's privacy, which was great for allowing everyone to get a good night's sleep. The kids seemed to enjoy the loft. There was an incident that caused a lot of trouble for the front desk, but they were very kind and helpful throughout. I'd like to use your services again, thank you.

It's convenient for supporting the Carp, close to Mazda Stadium and close to the station. We stayed in a four-person room as a couple. The bed was double-sized and comfortable, and I was impressed that I could watch online videos on the large screen TV, YouTube, Ameba, etc. The toilet and bath are separate, the bathtub is spacious, the washroom is spacious, and there is a washing machine with a dryer, which I highly recommend! I would like to stay here again.

I was generally satisfied. However, the toilet seat was cold and I had to borrow a screwdriver from the front desk to change the setting, which was a pain. But for some reason, even after changing the setting, it remained cold. Also, ants came from outside to the trash can in the room, which was a problem.

I had always wanted to stay at FAV HOTEL, and since I happened to be planning a trip to Hiroshima, I decided to stay there! My husband, my 11-month-old daughter and I stayed there together, and we were very satisfied with the tatami room! It was a futon, so there was no need to worry about my daughter falling out, and it was spacious and had excellent light blocking properties. All three of us slept soundly until morning. Check-in was semi-automatic and done using a touch panel screen, but there was also an attendant at the front desk, so it went smoothly. Check-out was just a matter of putting the paper in a box. It was very easy. I was staying without meals, but I bought breakfast at a nearby bakery and heated it up in the microwave in the room, so I was able to have a warm breakfast. It was a day when the Carp game was held, so all the paid parking lots were expensive, but the hotel staff were considerate and allowed us to park for a few hours after check-out, which was very helpful. I would definitely like to use it again.

It felt like I was at home and the bathroom and toilet were easy to use. I thought the breakfast wouldn't be much at all, but the sandwiches were quite filling and the coffee was delicious.

It was wonderful.

We had an Art Quadruple room, which was large and well equipped - particularly liked having a washing machine in the room. The kitchen was reasonably equipped so you could do the basics. It has the feel of a motel since room access is via open walkways. Breakfast was basic - yogurt and granola or an egg sandwich. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good for us since we were travelling by train, with the station and access to buses 10 minutes walk away. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

Fav Hotel Hiroshima Stadium is a really stylish, clean and cool place to stay. Every detail has been carefully considered in the beautiful family rooms. They’re cleverly designed and spotlessly clean. The reception staff are welcoming and helpful. We arrived an hour before check-in and they kindly let us access the room early. It’s a short 10 minute walk from Hiroshima station and the electric tram was closer. We really enjoyed staying here. Highly recommended!

The suite itself was huge and had everything we could ever ask for! It's a shame that we had to pay for a coin locker at the station because the hotel refuses to hold luggage before check-in. Also, "breakfast" was simply one of two cold takeaway options in a paper bag (no restaurant etc), and the staff spoke very limited English. Good location though.
