Had a lovely but brief stay at the Grand Base, and would recommend for any travellers to Hiroshima. Short walking distance to the peace park, museum and atomic dome, and also to the ferry to Miyajima that leaves from the park. Staff that we met were all lovely especially Aya who went out of her way to help us. Previous reviewer is right that it is more of an apartment style stay but the room we had was lovely and spacious and modern. Highly recommended if you are doing an overnight in Hiroshima!

It was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with great attention to detail.
I had some trouble entering the facility because the email containing the necessary information for entry, which was supposed to arrive by the morning of the day, had not arrived, but they were very kind and helpful.
Thanks to them, I had a great trip!
I would like to stay with them again somewhere. Thank you very much.

Security was good and there was no room key. The room was clean and spacious, so I was able to stay comfortably. I was worried about whether I would be able to park my car because there was no parking lot, but there were several parking lots nearby, which was helpful. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
