Room and bathroom were bigger than similarly priced rooms in Tokyo. Hotel was clean, easy to get to from the tram station that links to the main train station - about a 7 minute walk. Lots of places to eat, shop around the area.

The hotel is conveniently located and the room is big for Japan. The check in and check out processes are fast and smooth. Just don’t waste money with the massage, not good.

Room and bathroom is good size for Japan, and very clean, comfortable and quiet. Location is great - walking distance to almost everything and close to a tram for Miyajima and for the station. There are eating places all around, and a Don Qijote late night supermarket right nextdoor. We were really impressed, and staff are very helpful. Didn't seem crowded although there are clearly tour groups and plenty of Japanese business visitors.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Hiroshima. The location is excellent — right in the city center, close to Hondori Shopping Street, several malls, bars, and restaurants. It was easy to explore the city, with the nearest tram station about a 10-minute walk away, offering direct access to the central railway station and other parts of Hiroshima.
We stayed in a Semi Double Room, which was quite compact, and the bed felt a bit narrow for two people. That said, the amenities were thoughtful and well-curated. We especially liked the traditional-style bathroom, as well as the complimentary sheet masks and foot patches — a nice touch after a day of walking around the city.
The staff were friendly and helpful, as you’d expect in Japan. Overall, despite the small room, we had a good experience and appreciated the convenience and service.

Convenient location, plenty restaurant choices, close to shopping areas.
Compare to street parking, Hotel offers reasonable price for parking.

It is nice hotel with thoughtful amenities and very clean . However it is not the close enough to the train station and the tram is slow to come .
Otherwise a very good choice with a reasonable price.
