Requested early taxi booking and advised we would be checking out very early..5am and need taxi to get us to the train station but advised service not offered, also to collect iron and board from reception if required as not able to deliver to room . Upon checkout no one at reception but the self checkout worked fine.
Room was average at best as was service but location is great for the Peace Park etc.

広島駅前店を予約したつもりが間違えて広島店を予約してしまい、気付かずに駅前店に伺ってしまったのですがスタッフの方が直ぐに気付いてくれて丁寧に案内して下さいました。対応のスマートさに感心致しました。滞在したホテルもとても清潔で心地よく過ごさせて頂きました。また機会があれば利用させて頂きます。

Good location close to the Peace Park but not clean ( really not happy walking on such filthy carpets in the bedroom ) and the beds were so hard they have upset my back.
