This is my second stay at a Livemax hotel after staying at a branch in Tokyo. I was pleasantly surprised with the Hiroshima branch as the service had been so bad in Tokyo. The reception staff were very friendly and polite. The room was spacious and quiet. It was really close to the peace memorial and atomic bomb dome. Also the bus to Hiroshima airport is less than a 10 minute walk. The neighborhood was really quiet and guests can enjoy a walk along the river at any time of day. I’d recommend this hotel for a stay in Hiroshima!

It is on vet good location. It can be quite noisy if someone gets loud and drunk on the street during early hours. Other than that, perfect

Not much to complain when considering the price. Great location, very close to peace park. Walkable distance to shops and restaurants. Higher floor rooms gave a great view but yet there was unpleasant smell in the room (I think it's bearable) and the problem of window condensation was quite serious. No women amenities were provided so you have to prepare by yourself. Overall it's still a great choice in Hiroshima!

Very nice hotel with a great location. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to subway station and 10 minutes to Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park.

Locator of the hotel was superb, basically walking distance to a lot of the Hiroshima attractions. If not there are plenty of bus and streetcar (densha) connections out there that allow for easy access.
The staff were friendly and helped solve issues quickly (not that there was much to begin with), and was kinda enough to merge my two bookings together so I can stay in the same room throughout.
In terms of cleanliness, it's a standard LIVEMAX room, so it's generally very good and very standard across the board.

We stayed there only one night because it was really convenient to what I wanted to visit. It was ok big lovely beds which was welcome after 15 km of walking. The floor could’ve been better hovered since there was a lot of dust in the corners but since they provide slippers it was fine ! We only used it to sleep so I can’t say much more. It was a good location and very practical.

It’s a regular hotel, but not homey type. Front desk staff unfriendly, there’s one old staff that glares scary.
