Excellent hotel, staff comm could do better The facility is great. Location is good, car parking near by. The only bad thing is the night shift remote staff seems not good in English. Say "No No No" only without a full sentence. I enquire for extra pillow for my 80 years dad coz the pillow is too soft. I know this is a budget hotel may not have extra. but rather than NO NO NO, i think you can rephrase it better.
