It was good experience

Super convenient and just across from the jr hiroshima line. With luggage, about 5 mins - mainly cos the traffic lights are slow. Overall good value. However, it is pretty worn out and even on non smoking floors you can tell some guests still smoked there. The rooms smelled a bit musty. The front desk was nice and helpful and the check out is easy, just toss keys into the box at reception.

Very good location and easy to find. Very customer-friendly. Has everything you needed. Good price. Easy to check out. The only thing was there was blood stain in the bedsheet which was quite disgusting. But overall it was good value for money and I will probably book it again.

Hotel situated near to train station within 8 - 10 mins walking distance. Easily access to JR and city view bus. The room is little bit small though, but still ok for me and my sister.

The transportation is so convenient. It is 400 meters away from the subway. There is a luggage scale, free drinks and a microwave in the lobby. There are convenience stores nearby, as well as several large shopping malls such as Takashimaya and Kintetsu Department Store. The front desk service is very warm and the service is very good! The front desk and other staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was simple, with a bed, a refrigerator, and a unit bath. If you just wanted to sleep, I don't think it would be a problem. The smoking area was on the second floor and had a sign saying "smoking area" on the door, but when I opened it, it was connected to an outside emergency staircase-like area and there was no ashtray, which I found a little inconvenient.

It was good that it was close to the station! I arrived at 11:30pm and they were able to accommodate me smoothly. There was also a convenience store nearby! There were no amenities in the room so you had to take them yourself. It was good that there was coffee, but I thought it would be nice if they had lotion or something.

The average is poor in all aspects, but the price is cheap, the worst choice! Thank you for taking me in when I can't make appointments with other hotels. 😄
