What I care the most: it was very clean, the space was fine in the dorm and it had all the necessary amenities like the kitchen and rent bikes.

It's close to Peace Memorial Park and has bicycle rentals (for a fee), making it ideal for sightseeing.
The staff are kind and friendly, so it's easy to talk to them.
The toilets, shower rooms, and washbasins are also kept clean.
There's also a delicious okonomiyaki restaurant nearby (2-minute walk).

Good clean hostel. Used the twin private room. Easy walking distance to the main park near the A dome. Roti bakery nearby has good cheap food

It's a fine hostel. It's really close to the street car and within easy walking distance to the Peace Park.
Positives:
--Location
--Clean
--Working AC in bunkhouse
--Bunks are large and spacious
--Plenty of showers
--Luggage storage room
--Very social atmosphere
Negatives:
--Mattress was a little too thin, even by Japan standards
--They make you pay to 'rent' a towel which is BS
--Property is a little worn but it has some charm and the value is still great
