The Granvia Hotel Hiroshima South Gate just opened in March 2025. It is located on the 7th floor of the Hiroshima Station Complex. We contacted the Hiroshima Hotel by phone and told us that after we checked into the Kobe Hotel, we should ask the Kobe Hotel front desk to call the Hiroshima Hotel front desk. After both parties confirmed, our clothes would be sent to the Kobe Hotel via Japan Post. It seems that Japan is still quite vigilant about sending items.
