We stayed here together in Hiroshima for New Year's Eve 12 years ago. This time, we have the opportunity to go to Hiroshima again. We have no choice but to revisit the old memories. This time, the exterior of the building has not changed much. It still stands on the roadside in such a simple and reserved manner, and the purple words are still in the night. The room facilities are obviously old, and the pajamas are obviously old, but they are still kept clean. The carpet should also be re-laid. Overall, it is a very cost-effective hotel. If it is renovated next, I will still choose to stay when I come to Hiroshima. The transportation is also very convenient. There is a tram stop in front of the hotel. It is only two tram stops to the shopping street in the city center, and you can also walk.

Unfortunately we had a very uncomfortable stay compared with our stay in Aomori in this hotel chain. In-spite of requesting non smoking we were put in a smoking room that absolutely stunk and there’s even cigarette burns on the curtains! The staff did kindly offer to move us however the only room they could change us into was a twin and I just didn’t want to sleep in a separate bed from my life partner; yet again on this 4 week trip in a country where hotel rooms with double beds have been very hard to find. We chose to stay because it was only for 2 nights and used the air freshener regularly took antihistamines to stop our eyes watering.
