The breakfast was great. The communal bath on the first floor was great. The room was good, and even the price was reasonable for cherry blossom season in Hirosaki. The only downside is the location - it is some 25 minutes away from Hirosaki station on foot, and 40 minutes away from the castle which is probably going to be your main destination in Hirosaki. Still a good value for its money.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and has parking. It is easy to go to Hirosaki Castle in less than ten minutes. The staff are very helpful and provide good details about the stay and sightseeing around the city. If I have a chance, I will stay again.

The location of the Hirosaki branch is quite good, while the Joto branch is far away. It costs about 1,100-1,200 yen to take a taxi from Hirosaki Station. I especially like that they provide separate Jump Lee rinse, makeup remover, and Febreze. I also like that the pajamas are separate. Another little pleasure is that they have a local menu for breakfast!
