The room was not that clean and it's too dry inside. Also the illumination in the room was not enough.

The room is small, and it is very comfortable to stay in Hiratsuka. It is a very quiet station with convenient transportation and complete supporting facilities. There is a chance that the front desk staff cannot speak English, but basic communication is no problem. The check-in procedure is simple, and the free breakfast is self-service, which is also good. Even with all the lights in the room turned on, it's still dark.
The announcement was unkind.
I went to the reception desk because there was no extension line, so I was told it was an outside line or a reception desk, but it was only for salt. It doesn't get any brighter! Only.
