De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is niet in balans. We betaalden €130 p.p.p.n. Voor een kamer met 4 personen (€520 voor 1 nacht) we kregen hiervoor een ouderwetse badkamer waarvan de douchekop kapot was, deze moest je zelf vast houden tijdens het douchen. Het bijzet bed was een houten bankje zonder topping en lag dus erg hard. De receptie was open tussen 8.30 en 18u, maar het personeel was er niet op deze tijdstippen en waren ook niet telefonisch bereikbaar. Op de laatste dag moesten we voor het ontbijt vertrekken om onze vlucht te halen, ze konden geen ontbijt pakketje voor ons klaarmaken om mee te nemen. Het ontbijtbuffet zag er wel erg netjes uit met veel keuze.

Extreem slecht, we hebben geboekt voor 11 personen en kregen 2 weken van te voren te horen dat we moesten bij betalen dit kwam neer op 187 euro pp per nacht. Nu zaten we dus op 5800 voor 5 dagen met 11 man. Dat is dit hotel echt niet waard voor dit geld ga er niet heen. De bedden waren slecht mensen moesten op slaapbanken liggen dat was net beton. De verarming is niet aan te passen waardoor het extreem warm was op de kamers. De receptie was niet bereikbaar op aangegeven tijden. En als ze er eindelijk wel waren kwam er geen oplossing. Nadat we booking ingeschakeld hebben die overigens wel behulpzaam waren en goede service hebben geleverd kon er opeens wel een extra kamer geregeld worden met normale bedden. Dit was dus pas na 2 dagen terwijl hier wel 187 pp per nacht voor hebben betaald. Dus kortom extreem veel bij betaald terwijl in de booking gewoon aangegeven stond dat het voor 11 personen was. Nadat we bij betaald hebben werden de “extra” personen op een betonnen slaapbank gegooid waardoor de helft van de vakantie verpest is. En een oplossing komt er niet of maar voor de helft nadat booking hier druk opzet. Enige positieve is het ontbijt.

De extra bedden op de vierpersoonskamer waren zo hard als beton, daarnaast had een persoon een slaapbank. Dit was alleen een bank, ook erg hard en te klein. Slechte service, het personeel was onbereikbaar.
