お湯以外は最悪でした。 全体的に設備が古く、手入れされていない感じでした。 食事は、まったく美味しくありませんでした。 女将さん、疲れてるのかムスッとしてる感じで本当に感じが悪かたことが第一印象です。 サービス業をされているとは、全く思いません。 声もかけることを拒絶しているオーラ満載です。 そしてこのお仕事、向いていないのかな？ また館主の方は、当方がお酒も飲んでるのにも関わらず、締めのご飯や味噌汁まですぐ持って来られました。 直ぐにでも部屋に戻れ感が凄かったです。 とても残念でした宿でした。

吹上温泉郷に広大な敷地と湖を擁し、斎藤茂吉はじめ文豪に愛された宿で秘湯を守る会の会員宿では国内で一番南にあります。循環の無い完全な源泉掛け流しで楽しめる硫黄泉は柔らかく洗浄効果も高いので「石鹸要らずの湯」とも呼ばれています。素晴らしい景色とお湯を貸切状態で楽しめたのは本当にラッキーで贅沢でした。
