The motel is cheap and clean. Parking right out front of your room. Try to get a room on the back side. There is a wooded area on the back, a park, with trails. The motel is nicely renovated with decent design. The carpets outside in the open-air hallways need to be cleaned desperately. Service was normal (the East Indian guy working quickly had us checked-in).

Rooms have been updated. Our room door when closed & locked had gap to outside. The breakfast ‘hot’ foods - eggs & baked beans were cold. Room was clean.

The location is actually quite good, with supermarkets like Walmart and Safeway nearby, and plenty of food options. The interior was reasonably clean, but the carpet outside the door was a bit grimy. I couldn't even take photos because I didn't want to get too close.
There's no laundry service either.
The hotel is rarely booked, and the front desk is often away, located in the back room. It usually takes a while for someone to come out after ringing the doorbell. There are many hotels on this street, and the prices are similar. The facilities could be better, and the service is better. I personally recommend looking elsewhere.
