"Please note that the information of this hotel is wrong and children are not allowed in the hotel. We booked a large suite with bathtub but probably due to glass coffee tables and fragile items, children were not allowed to stay in a room with bathtub when we checked in, changed to a normal room and did not allow us to take our children to enjoy the breakfast buffet.
Because it is in the peak tourist season, if there is no place to live on the day of check-out, so I am very accepting. Trip.com later refunded 190rmb as compensation.
I hope to update the hotel information as soon as possible and don't cause inconvenience to subsequent travelers."

"This apartment was way better than I expected. All needs met all in a quiet part of town. Plenty of other amenities around within walking distance if you needed to buy anything. Top choice. Would stay here again rather than going all the way into Newcastle. Quicker to freeway from here anyway."

"I would like to report an incident that occurred during my stay on [insert date of stay]. According to the hotel policy, the check-out time is 10:00 AM. However, at around 9:30 AM, a staff member entered my room using the passcode without knocking beforehand.
At that moment, I was in the middle of getting dressed, and I felt extremely shocked and uncomfortable. This incident seriously affected my sense of privacy and safety during my stay.
I kindly request that the hotel take this matter seriously and implement measures to ensure that such incidents do not happen to other guests in the future."

"Located on the side of the highway, next to an UGG factory store, it is suitable for a rest during a drive. The surrounding area is not very convenient, with only a 7-11 at a gas station for supplies. If you need to eat, it is estimated to take 10-20 minutes to drive to the mainland."
