Warm welcome. Standard double room was spacious. Sitting area and outside balcony. Small but perfectly good bathroom with modern fittings. Parking places for free on site. Short walk from town and rail station. Idea location if visiting the Ravenna Gorge Christmas markets. Breakfast was very good with hot and cold options. Umbrellas available for guests.

My husband and I stayed here for one night to visit the popular Ravenna Gorge Christmas Market. The hotel was easy to find, had parking out front, conveniently located and quaint. We booked a small room for our short stay. It was a tight space, but cozy. The hotel has a lot of character and the breakfast was perfect to fuel us for the day. We took the Hinterzarten shuttle to the Ravenna Gorge market and the hotel was decent walking distance from the train station/shuttle pickup spot. We enjoyed walking around Hinterzarten from the hotel as there were many cute shops nearby.

Our staywas wonderfuldue to the splendid hispitalityof Thomasand Rebecca. They took care of all our needs and much beyond. The place is warmly decorated. The rooms are very clean nice and comfortable. The breakfast is varied. And above all the hospitality was above expected.

We really enjoied our stay in January 2023 for three nights in Hinterzarten. Lovely host family, friendly receptionist, excellent breakfast with grand buffet and superb mattresses for a good, long sleep. Wifi in entire building available and secure access at night with easy-to-use badge for main entrance we found helpful.

Wie immer, ein sehr entspanntes Wochenende im Hotel Zartenbach. Sehr reichhaltiges und frisches Frühstücksbuffet, saubere Zimmer, gut gelegen. Hotelführung und Mitarbeiter sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich willkommen vom Anfang bis Ende. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lieben Dank dafür.

schöne große ferienwohnung sehr gutes reichhaltiges frühstück modernes großes bad viele parkmöglichkeiten vor dem haus und dahinter sehr freundlicher service mußten drei tage früher abreisen als gebucht, der preis wurde uns reduziert! nur die sitzmöbel waren unbequem, aber das kann man verbessern kommen gerne wieder!

Das Zimmer war von der Größe angenehm, auch der Balkon ist ein nettes Plus Als Gast wird einem das Gefühl des Willkommens vermittelt, was sich auch im Service wieder spiegelt. Ein Aufenthaltsraum für die Abendstunden soll auch nicht unerwähnt bleiben.

die Gastgeberin und der Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich zuvorkommend und verlässlich so durfte ich kurzfristig ein Zimmer im EG erhalten - die Abendsnack bar ist sehr gemütlich das Frühstück ausserordentlich gesund und nahrhaft einfach danke
