Excellent hotel. Beautiful big rooms. Wonderful sauna, steam rooms etc. Very close to the ski lifts. About a 5-minute walk in ski boots but there is a local bus that passes every 20 minutes or so if you don't want to walk down the road. Great food.

Kids friendly The owner is so kind and helpful Every thing was great we had so much fun We got. Room with a view to the playground so I can watch my kids all the time from the balcony The staff in the restaurant were so kind They have Halal option food

If you wanna spend active holidays with kids this is the right place to go to. Fantastic and quiet place, nice people, great service, activity for your kids, beautiful nature. We have been here in winter and summer and always excellent. Will come back.

Just got back from our second ski holiday in this hotel. Gorgeous location, very clean, good food, familiar vibes and offers various fun activities for the young and the young at heart. Our children (9/12 y.o)loved it, and we are definitely going back next winter.

We loved Hintertuxerhof! The location is ideal just a short walk to the base of Hintertux Gletscher, our room was clean, quiet and spacious with all of the amenities we needed. We ate every breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant and were very impressed with the high quality and authenticity of the food. We would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic hotel. Very close to the gondola. Hotel has all the facilities for a skier including a great steam room, X2 saunas, cold room and infrared cabin. Great food and amazing staff. You can not fault this hotel.Wonderful drying room for your boots and skis.

This was a fantastic hotel to stay at. The location was great for access to the mountain. The staff were friendly and looked after me very well. I loved the food and the combination of buffet and table service dinner worked well. Thank you for looking after me so well!

I rarely give a hotel 5 stars but the Hintertuxerhof more than earned the rating. This was our first ski vacation with our young children and this kinder hotel was a perfect recommendation from friends who are ski instructors. The staff was very professional and helpful, the room was more than large enough for our family. The food was really excellent. We especially loved the game buffet one evening. The ladies working child care were awesome. The kids were begging to stay with them. A big hats off to Marta! Also, the location within walking distance of both the ski lifts and kids’ area was perfect. Overall, the Hintertuxerhof is just fantastic for a young family on a ski vacation. We already look forward to next year.

Best hotel for kids!! Amazing view, great food, great playground, amazing location for hiking in the erea, excelent and super kind people and services. We had high expectations and it was much more than expected. Thank you!
