Our family have stayed here for several winters, and the hotel is absolutely top-notch! Close to the ski lift, good beds, delicious food & drinks and a wonderful wellness area. All-inclusive is recommended.

We would have been more satisfied of there was something for the kids to do when not skiing. The slopes wasnt good after 11.00 and after lunch there wasnt much to do but to play Cards and watch a movie on the Phone…

Stayed here for a week in the Superior 2 bedroom suite with sauna, the best ski hotel we have stayed in. Room was huge, loads of space. Bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, fluffy towels. Kitchen had everything in it you would need and we had the most amazing balcony. Location is 3 minute walk to one of the bubbles that served the part of the resort we liked skiing the most. There is a complimentary shuttle in the morning and afternoon to the other side of the resort. Loads of room in the boot room and very warm hooks for boots. Restaurant was wonderful we ate at Altitude which was fabulous and had sushi in the bar one night. Food was delicious and service amazing. Spa was great, massages were brilliant - sports massages though! Out door pool could have been a few degrees warmer but was good fun also. The service everywhere was brilliant, bars, restaurants, reception. We just LOVED this hotel and can’t wait to return.

We were traveling for Christmas 2024, the hotel is very nice, friendly personnel, well maintained facilities, free underground parking, SPA, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, ski rent across the road, ski passes at the reception, individual ski lockers hotel is located 100m from base station of cabin lift. Everything was great including magic mountain views: Resort really takes care of you and have an outstanding service, for sure will plan to come back again.

The accommodation is new and modern and clean. It’s incredibly noisy though. If you are in one of the houses near the ski slopes you will be kept awake from the ski bar on the slopes. If you are at the other side you will be kept awake from people yelling in the pool. It could be good but the staff don’t care, no towels, no respecting other guests.

High-quality is everywhere in this hotel. Rooms are modern and have astonishing views. Cleanliness is top-notch. Food and choice is very good. Staff are efficient and unobtrusive. The cocktails were brilliant as was the Austrian wine. Summer brings the bees to the al fresco rooftop bar and makes drinks there uncomfortable, which was a great shame as it's the only thing I didn't appreciate. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

We were a family of 5. We stayed for 7 nights on the all inclusive package. Excellent facilities, from the heated ski lockers linked to your room number to the ski hire shop on site. Also a shuttle bus that runs back and forth from the Ski school. Also a ski lift 5mins walk from the hotel. Pool and spa the kids can use again there’s a family locker linked to your room. I found the staff extremely helpful, they responded to all emails very quickly before we arrived and were very efficient when we were there. We were all inclusive which I think covers breakfast dinner and drinks and daily room cleaning. They do afternoon snacks 3 to 5 which is Soup and cakes they’re available to everyone at the hotel so I found there wasn’t much left once we got back from the slopes, so probably needs some improvement on the supply. The room was nice with a view of the slopes. I really enjoyed this trip it was our 1st Ski holiday and I think the hotel and resort helped immensely with everything running smoothly. (Apart from my wife’s torn knee ligament) ♂️ I would definitely stay again.
