I am beyond disappointed and angry with the way this hotel handled our booking. We booked an apartment 8 months in advance, only to have it canceled 5 days before our skitrip due to a double booking. Not only is this completely unprofessional, but the hotel made absolutely no effort to resolve the situation or offer us an alternative. We were left scrambling to find new accommodations at the last minute, which was both stressful and expensive. The lack of responsibility from the management is shocking. This experience ruined what should have been an exciting skitrip. If you're considering staying here, think twice. This hotel clearly does not value its guests or their plans. Avoid at all costs!
