Had a very good family dining experience. Pradnya, Ayush and Nilesh were very helpful and hospitable. The food was delicious and customised to our choice. I would strongly recommend this place for family, friends and office parties as well. Thank you a lot !

The interior decoration is relatively new, the internet speed is fast, the work is very convenient, the breakfast is rich, and the cappuccino is especially good! The service attitude is also very good! It's close to the road outside, so it's a bit noisy!

Although this hotel is also called ibis. But sincerely it is far from the airport. If you take a taxi from the airport, it usually takes 40-50 minutes (this is still a good state of traffic at night). And the surrounding area is not very busy. It's rather biased. Of course, if you have a factory nearby, you can still live in

I checked in on 9th of jan I was upgraded to the suite because of my platinum elite status the bathroom was a nightmare the drainage was not functioning the whole bathroom was flooded after the shower couldn’t move because of my nerve issue spoke to Laxmi Singh happen to be Assistant front office Manager for the refund of my stay she refused and didn’t make any difference to her very unprofessional manager employed. She didn’t even enquire about my wife who was stuck in the bathroom . It was a NIGHTMARE

Stayed on 8th floor room no. 814 for 13 nights recently... excellent road view and very comfortable stay to say the least.. Facilities are nice ..Payal and David from cafeteria are two incredibly helpful and polite people who always served with professional agility and a never exhaustive smile on their lips. The wide spread buffet breakfast became more enjoyable and tasty because of these 2 people's warmest conviviality. I was quite impressed. Thank you Lemon Tree. Will come back again.

Amazing stay! Humble staff! Amazing food! Only suggestion is to repair their door locks 😅 some locks are really old and non functional now. Rest its budget friendly and located nearby to all the Hinjewadi offices. Food i repeat, food is best here.

Of all the amazing things that I will remember my sister's wedding for, one of them is this hotel! Barring a few minor issues with the infrastructure, the place was truly great. 1. The staff are so cooperative, sincere and live up to the true spirit of hospitality. There was not even a hint of lack in customer-centric behaviour. As uncommon as it is, they even showed a sense of integrity with food items that we had purchased and asked to be served during the event. The huge number of luggage was handled so efficiently that not one went misplaced. 2. The food was delicious at all times and greatly appreciated by our guests. The chefs prepared some of the dishes the way we had asked the management to. 3. The location is also suitable as it is quite close to the highway. Our event manager, Mr Prem Singh was truly the backbone to the whole celebration. His highly understanding and capable self made the experience a delightful one. The rooms do need maintenance when it comes to the A/Cs, toilets and the locking system of doors. All said, it was worth it!
