Of all the amazing things that I will remember my sister's wedding for, one of them is this hotel! Barring a few minor issues with the infrastructure, the place was truly great. 1. The staff are so cooperative, sincere and live up to the true spirit of hospitality. There was not even a hint of lack in customer-centric behaviour. As uncommon as it is, they even showed a sense of integrity with food items that we had purchased and asked to be served during the event. The huge number of luggage was handled so efficiently that not one went misplaced. 2. The food was delicious at all times and greatly appreciated by our guests. The chefs prepared some of the dishes the way we had asked the management to. 3. The location is also suitable as it is quite close to the highway. Our event manager, Mr Prem Singh was truly the backbone to the whole celebration. His highly understanding and capable self made the experience a delightful one. The rooms do need maintenance when it comes to the A/Cs, toilets and the locking system of doors. All said, it was worth it!

We had been to Radisson pune with my family on 9 March 2020 it was an awesome stay , particularly my 8 yr old son loved it sooo much, ,,,he cud be in the pool , had tasty breakfast and played chess,,he just loved all this,the South Indian delicacies were very nice njoyed ,we all njoyed,the reataurant has very nice food and my son relished the biryani and the iceceeam , the staff at the hotel is very courteous n friendly, uponn checking out the guest relations office ms pooja also was very homely n softspoken , my son had even written a compliment for the hotel, ”thta he likes the hotel very michnn God bless the hotel” Which was greatly appreciated n we were told that this is a special compliment for the Hotel thank u ms pooja and each n every one at the hotel ,from the bellboy to the reception to the restaurant personnel for a comfortable,and relaxed holiday 🛍🎈⛱.thank you very much regards Florence n family

The staff is cooperative, the location is good. Food and services were also good. Breakfast should have some more choices.

House keeping is horrible no room cleaning properly, room electric switch condition is terrible, not provided daily towels and water bottle we need to ask for everything, they have not added coffee and tea in room only on first day they have added but once it is over i think as no house keeping coming to refill it, to clean room and your bed. We should not expect such a service from hotel will not prefer to stay again here, for early check-in also they charged me half day price. Not recommended at all.
