Note that a twin bed may have a large bed and a narrow sofa bed. Note that the hotel address is the name of the street that is displayed all day long. It is difficult for the driver to find it. Click on the map and you can see the hotel name, so you can find it. Be prepared to find that no matter where you go in the UK, breakfast will be almost the same and you won't like it very quickly.

Much better than Londons room. Very cosey. There was staff always at reception not like London no one ever at the desk. The room just had different vibe. The room had canvas pictures up made it look and feel so at home like relaxing. I’ll definitely be returning. I stayed for 2 night and enjoyed my stay.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful when we booked in and the room clean. However returning to the room the next day it had not been cleaned, dirty towels not replaced or any of the cups or tea and coffee replaced. When reported told it sometimes happens and basically an oh well attitude. Not impressed

Arrived at Hinckley and we where greeted by Steve. What a breath of fresh air. A very polite, friendly, professional member of the team premier! Checked us in and helped us book tables for the near by Marina pub/food pub. Glad he did as the restaurant was busy. An asset to the Premier Inn company Steve is the benchmark for what a front of house professional could aspire too. 10/10 customer service and rooms as usual A1.

I've been a regular customer here for 6 years and I'm going to stay elsewhere next time. The main issue, unresolved for 2 years despite feeding back on it, is badly fluctuating shower water temperature. Hot to cold then scalding. That's dangerous for vulnerable people. Car park lighting out at night, dangerous for female travellers. Broken uneven car park cobbles. General deterioration everywhere. Staff closed the Brewers Fayre early, asked to leave at 9.40pm.

Standard Premier Inn - Rooms were clean and spacious. But the 5* review comes because of Stephen on the front desk. The second I walked in he was smiley, happy and helpful. What an absolute credit to the hotel and a real pleasure to talk to after a long day travelling and in the office. Thank you, Stephen.
