Great hotel, nice facilities, specially the baths. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is also within walking distance from himeji station and close to a groceries. The only downside for me was that my room was on the 3rd floor close to the pedestrian crossing. No noise at night, but in the morning you will get the sound from the crossing giving green light to the pedestrian.

Beds are hard. Like sleeping on plywood. They wouldn't let anyone into the public baths if they have tattoos, which left 3 of the 4 of us unable to use them.

The hotel is very clean and the staffs are very polite and helpful. The onsen in the hotel is very good, I really like it!
The hotel is pretty close to the Himeji Station, pretty convenient! There are free shuttle offered and bikes can be rented for free!
