Waterside by Spinnaker Resorts

The Villa was large, newly furnished with updated appliances and super clean. The grounds and pools were kept up daily. Enjoyed the live music at the pool. Coligny Town Square was a few blocks away which was a busy tourist area at night with shops, restaurants, patio bars with music, busy ice cream shops and outdoor entertainment for the children and adults on different nights during the summer. We enjoyed the clean beach with lifeguards, rest rooms with outdoor showers and plenty of free parking lots.

I have stayed at Waterside many, many times, and it never disappoints. The units are always very clean, the beds comfortable, and furniture etc. in good order. No timeshare pressure to buy. Just say no and they accept it. The resoort is close to Coligny beach, and they have a shuttle that will bring you there if needed. The beach is within walking distance I love this resort and will be back if I can get in

Subject: Concern Regarding Interaction with Employee Dear, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unpleasant interaction I experienced with one of your employees, Paul Osbourne, on 7/21/2025 at 3 Office Way Hilton Head Island South Carolina. During our interaction, the employee’s behavior came across as dismissive, unprofessional, and disrespectful. For example, Paul interrupted me repeatedly, was very combative, very rude and arrogant. The luggage in question is a black carry on with wheels which had the letters “DKNY” imprinted in gold, it was last seen in my possession near that area. I noticed it was no longer with me shortly after leaving the premises. Paul Osbourne was in the office at the time. Paul Osbourne failed to address my concerns until I report the incident to “Spinnakers lost & found”, then shorty after Paul Osbourne decided to do his due diligence. I understand that everyone can have off days, but I believe it’s important to bring this to your attention so that it can be addressed appropriately. I value the service your company provides, and I trust that professionalism and courtesy are important standards within your organization. Loved our recent stay at Waterside by Spinnaker this July. It is about a 3 block walk to the beach or you can take the free shuttle. Also near shopping, grocery and a great indoor/outdoor brewpub and restaurant called The Bank that we walked to.

Stated for week in 3 Birmingham condo. Clean and comfortable. Only complaint is no general store for beverage and snacks. Even vending machines in parking garage would help. Convenient to beach, shopping and dining. 32 years going to HHI and is top of my list to stay.

Great location with many popular establishments within walking distance. The onsite amenities are very accommodating.
