The accommodation impresses with its delicious breakfast, immaculate cleanliness, friendly staff, and fabulous location near the park. Guests appreciate the comfortable, luxurious rooms and cozy beds.

I have to say this is one of best places I have stayed at for a while. I was most impressed by an impeccable customer service and the attention to detail on the small things that the big chains miss, based on cost cuttings. Clearly there has been great investment in the building and the rooms and they certainly cater for a short stay with all the creature comforts that one might need. Breakfast was amazing…. I have been to the coffee house before for a sandwich and drink which was equally good, but did not realise there was associated accommodation at the time. Would wholeheartedly recommend Arthur’s. So glad we stayed here. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and beautifully furnished. The bed is big and comfortable. If you have a lot of luggage or you are staying for longer then you should probably consider upgrading to a bigger room, as the standard rooms are small and have very little storage space. Breakfast was very nice. The village is lovely, there is a popular pub just across the road (and two others nearby) the parking is nearby and cheap, and there is a lovely walk around a lake just behind the hotel (go through the churchyard). We didn't go to Hillsborough Castle as it wasn't open, but we still had a lovely time. Some street noise at night (even at the back of the building) but it's a town, what do you expect! We would chose this hotel again.
