Lovely hotel. Great amenities. Only two things would be better water pressure (not easy in a hotel) and we didn’t have any conditioner in shower. Had to reach for anything to complain about it was that great!

Great hotel but had some flaws. Metal pool lounge chairs in 96 degrees is hot to sit on! Breakfast eggs and meats could be better. Was looking for bacon or sausage each day.

We really liked the room and all of the amenities. It was very clean and they always seemed to be cleaning. The only thing that we didn't like was the bed and It is kind of a big deal when you can't sleep because the mattress is so lumpy and the pillows so hard. Our room definitely needed new bedding. The bedspread was thread-bare and it was not like the usual bedding of a Hilton. They usually have nice fluffy comforters and a mixture of pillows. The staff was so pleasant and welcoming. Always asking if we needed anything. We certainly had no complaints about the staff they went above and beyond.

Check in was easy and efficient. Hotel was very clean. It was just an overnight stay so didn't take advantage of pool or anything else. Rooms were large and quiet

Close to sportsplex
Location was great for the tournament we were in. Having the Laundry was an extra bonus for washing smelly jersey’s

Super clean place with workers that ask you how you're doing and treat you with respect. The rooms are very clean and brand new. Affordable price and in a convenient area of Tampa.
