"Great little hotel with lots of character. The double room was small but clean and bed was comfy. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room also and easy to use heater/aircon unit. Modern bathroom with shower. The furniture is looking tired and could do with updating. Can’t comment on breakfast as I didn’t have it but overall for a one night stay to attend a party in the area, it was great 👍"

LOCATION
This hotel is super fit for purpose! Located in the Terminal 3 Arrivals hall at the far end (next to the buses and coaches terminal), there’s just a large sleek wooden reception desk behind which the stairs and lift to the rooms are.
ROOM
Normally I could not stay in a room without windows, but for the purpose of sleeping a few hours before your flight, the rooms make perfect sense. Just enough space for a couple carrying two midsize suitcases. There’s a kettle with coffee and tea, a simple TV, hotel phone. The bathroom, small as it is, impressed me most: new, clean, well designed. No hair conditioner though.
FOOD
From the refrigerated shelves at the hotel reception there’s a decent choice of food and beverages a la Pret A Manger. Alternatively: cafes at the Arrival Hall
SERVICE
Fine. Though upon check in we were asked to fill in the hotel form with our details but we arrived so late at night that I turned it down as we were just too tired."
"Clean and tidy. Access to food and drink downstairs as well as vending machines. Easy to check out, just drop the keycard into a slot or give it to the reception. Beware of parking, it’s a bit confusing. Shuttle bus to terminals right outside, but it costs around £7 and they don’t give change for cash."

"We chose this hotel because it's onveniently connected to terminal 4, so we don't have to travel from London city early to catch our morning flight. The room is a bit stuffy. The air-conditioning isn't cold enough even though we set it at 16°C. The toilet has no shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. The good thing is, the bed is very big and comfy. We rested well, and that's all that matters."
"I planned to stay at London for 4 days with my wife. The location of hotel is accessibly by underground Picaddaly or Elizabeth Line. However, the linked bridge is not sufficient for lighting . In addition, the hotel sign logo is too small to ignore entrance place. The breakfast food is not too hot for fried egg, sausage and as well as bacon etc. I came across the airport for incident. It caused to stop the airport underground services on 21 March 2025. At that moment , I was frustrated to outbound toward London city centre. I asked the receptionist to help me for an alternative transportation ways to city center. She told me in detail of transportation and wrote it the key connection points for bus and underground line for my guidance. With her advice, I could go and back from city centre and enjoyed for my sightseeing. "
"Well organised check-in system, contact less really. My only complaint would be the noise coming from the people upstairs, clomping around back and forth. Otherwise good location to Terminal 2, pretty straightforward "

NN_ChNice n new building however was very disappointed as the feel is not new. Taps are so bad if u open for hot water than all the water goes over sink n splash on you. On top breakfast is below standard as everything pre made notfresh and we had staff knock at 8am for no reason. Very unpleasant. Must say cosmetics look n feel is nice!
JJermStayed here for a short layover and its quite near Heathrow airport!! Took a bus from the airport, about 15-20mins (excl waiting time) and we reached.
Check in: Swift, maybe cuz it was 11+pm hehe
Service: Great, there was a night menu from the hotel resturant next door and our hotel staff took the extra mile to collect and bring over to reception for us 🙏
Food: Morning breakfast was a classic american brekkie buffet, it was quite good.
Comfort/cleanliness: Bed was comfy, clean. Toilet was huge and very wheelchair accessible but shower area was a little small when curtains are drawn (and if u accidentally touch the wet curtains its SO COLDDDD 😳 toilet wasnt the best looking cuz it looked like public ones but overall still ok
YYingyiCleanliness needs to be improved. Found hair that didn’t belong to me on the bedsheets. Location is decent and the room is very spacious. Breakfast is just average.
WWan ManThe hotel is directly connected to Terminal 4, which made getting to the airport really easy. You can also catch the Elizabeth Line from T4 to reach central London, which is a big plus. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!
GGuest UserI always love being at this hotel, it's always clean and tidy, I really enjoyed being there so much that I always come back 🥹♥️ really beautiful
GGuest UserReview of the Rosemay Hotel, London – 10/10
By Matthew Huxley Forrest
As a writer of fiction, non-fiction, screenplays, series, and documentaries—and someone named Huxley after Aldous himself, a friend and counterpart to George Orwell—it was nothing short of synchronicity to find myself staying in Orwell’s very own room.
The Rosemay Hotel is not just a boutique escape—it is a living, breathing act of reverence. From the moment I arrived, I felt immersed in detail, not decoration. The chandelier reflected perfectly in the mosaic beneath it. Real plants framed like art. The Orwell Library by reception offered a nod to legacy, not a shrine.
To sleep in Orwell’s former room, as Matthew ”Huxley” Forrest, was to experience a collision of timelines—where two philosophical lineages whispered across the decades. There was no fanfare, no museum velvet rope—just an unspoken truth carried through the wood, the light, and the quiet.
The family behind this space deserve enormous credit. Their design is masterful. Their spirit is gracious. The son—a sharp, soulful thinker—invited me into their world with the warmth of an old friend. The mother, a genius of flow and form, brings an invisible coherence to every corridor.
The Yorkshire roast they recommended might be the best I’ve had—and I say that as someone with Yorkshire blood.
Staying here was not a hotel experience. It was a chapter in a longer book. And I don’t say that lightly.
For those with ”eyes to see”, this is no ordinary accommodation. It is a place where synchronicity meets hospitality, and where thinkers—past and present—might just find their next idea between the walls.
This hotel doesn’t need to shout. It whispers, wisely.
AAbbottsHeathrow has always been tricky in terms of finding a good hotel pre-flight but despite not being the Ritz, the Styles hotel is very good indeed, especially at the Trip price.
The room had everything for a comfortable night sleep, breakfast ( in the price) was first class and the staff were very helpful. Sipson is very close to the airport. Bus stop right outside. Two stops to T3. Don’t waste your money on a taxi! We will be back for sure.
JJoshua EdwardOverall, it's not a bad option for the price, especially if you're flying from Heathrow. The rooms are quite small, so don’t expect to have space to open your suitcases fully. However, there is a dedicated storage area for luggage in the room. One downside is that the rooms are quite dark.
The hotel features a large open-plan lobby with a restaurant. While there are markers that seem to indicate the restaurant's boundaries, we had a disappointing experience with the hotel’s policy on outside food. We brought takeaway and sat outside the apparent restaurant area, only to be asked—rather rudely—by a staff member to leave, as no outside food is allowed anywhere in the downstairs area. This policy felt a bit odd, especially since the tables had no condiments, cutlery, or menus, and were far from what appeared to be the main restaurant section. To add to the confusion, we noticed at least two other tables with takeaway, one of which had even been provided with plates and cutlery by staff.
Additionally, the staff couldn't locate our breakfast booking made through Trip, which caused further inconvenience.
Overall, the hotel offers decent value for money and convenience, but the inconsistent policies and service could be improved.
TTan24The location is ideal to get to T5 Heathrow Terminal using the POD transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite big and there seem to be lots of parties happening. The bar is a sports bar and you can enjoy drinks and food. The corridors are very long. The hotel furniture and interior are a bit outdated, but for a short stay it's ok.
