Perfect for a night's sleep before a flight. Room small but comfy bed. Television,soap, towels, tissues by the bed, a small touch but welcome. Excellent shower. I will definitely use this hotel again.

a smooth check-in and very close to terminals 2 & 3. hardik was very friendly and obliging with my request and gave helpful assistance. rooms aren’t small either, would definitely recommend! :)

Double Plus Room No Window LOCATION This hotel is super fit for purpose! Located in the Terminal 3 Arrivals hall at the far end (next to the buses and coaches terminal), there’s just a large sleek wooden reception desk behind which the stairs and lift to the rooms are. ROOM Normally I could not stay in a room without windows, but for the purpose of sleeping a few hours before your flight, the rooms make perfect sense. Just enough space for a couple carrying two midsize suitcases. There’s a kettle with coffee and tea, a simple TV, hotel phone. The bathroom, small as it is, impressed me most: new, clean, well designed. No hair conditioner though. FOOD From the refrigerated shelves at the hotel reception there’s a decent choice of food and beverages a la Pret A Manger. Alternatively: cafes at the Arrival Hall SERVICE Fine. Though upon check in we were asked to fill in the hotel form with our details but we arrived so late at night that I turned it down as we were just too tired.

Very convenient hotel for early morning flights but very limited eating options. Maybe best staying outside airport and travelling in by bus next day. Very expensive for what you get

So convenient for that transfer from Europe to Australia. Instead of an airport lounge or the usual people full QANTAS lounge for those long transitions at Heathrow. Right in Terminal 3 - it was a dream!

Right at the airport arrivals, it's very suitable for passengers who are in transit or have earlier or later flights to rest. The only problem is that the room I stayed in had no windows and was very small.

1. For passengers who depart early or arrive late at T3, the location is unparalleled and convenient. It is really great to be able to take a shower and sleep after getting off the plane and entering customs; 2. There are no other problems with the room except that it is a little small. It is clean and tidy. , The decoration is elegant and simple, and it is very comfortable to sleep; 3. The breakfast is not very good, one horn, one muffin, a small box of fruit and a box of yogurt. Sandwiches require an additional 5 pounds, which is very stingy; 4. It is not very convenient to rent a car and return it. The next day I went to t2 to pick up the car. When I drove back to pick up my luggage, I could only park at t3 shortstay. There was no way to park in front of the hotel to pick up my luggage. It was either a bus lane or a taxi lane.

T3 terminal departs in the morning, which is very suitable. The hotel and the terminal are together.

It's so small and pitiful. The only convenience is that you don't have to leave the airport, but the front desk is very strict about people checking people in. A third person will never be allowed in the room between two people!

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were soft. I fell asleep immediately.
