The hotel provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and elegantly designed, with modern amenities that added to the convenience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The on-site dining offered a great variety of delicious dishes, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. The location was perfect, within walking distance of key attractions. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for both leisure and business travelers. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

Grand mercure beppu offered us the most amazing stay when we were in Beppu. We had a Seaview room, which was pretty and we loved the onsen on-site.

We booked a room for 3 nights for 2 adults and a child, the hotel provided only 2 towels daily. Every single night I had to call for an extra towel and the front desk could not speak English. It was super frustrating.
The hotel has free parking on site but it can get crowded so the nearest carpark is always full. We didn’t try to onsen too as I think it would be too many people.
Nevertheless it was a spacious room where we could open 2 big luggages comfortably. Very clean room and toilet. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Very large scale resort. All the facilities have been renovated
It is very rare to find hotel rooms that are larger than 30 sq.m in Japan
The snake corner at lounge are great

Room is very big, but a bit old. There is onsen and free flow alcohol. Very professional and welcoming service.

A family friendly hotel. Stayed at the renovated floors, everything was good.
Stunning sea view, Nice hot spring.
Property is up on a hill, Recommend for tourists driving.

Very nice and comfortable. Room is very spacious. Booked a room for 3 adults with sea view. It comes with 3 double beds. Have outdoor and indoor onsen facilities. Big spread of buffet for breakfast. Free parking.
