#1: I had a late flight. I checked out a week ago and left my car at the hotel. Specifically asked for the phone number to get the shuttle and the clerk said no problem about the lateness.
#2: the clerk gave me a card with the manager's phone number highlighted. I called the number and of course it was the manager's day phone. Had to look up on the internet to get the hotel number.
#3: I call the front desk asking for the shuttle, told there is no night shuttle. I ask how am I to get there. Told to take an Uber or taxi...it is midnight.
#4: I check in, ask about the shuttle and told haven’t had a night shuttle for a month.
#5: Get to my room, no tv remote. Had to call front desk and he had to bring me one.
