Though outside looked run down, room was clean, beds comfortable.  Service was good, staff friendly… keys and hairdryer that didn’t work were immediately replaced with working keys and new hairdryer.  Microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker were provided also.  Location was close to West Point which is what we needed….. but I wouldn’t want to be alone in parking lot after dark!

Disappointment Unbelievably dissatisfied Hotel room bed was rock hard , no room service for overnight (stayed 2 nights). Hot water was like warm both days. Handle was broken on door. Very hard to exit Price gauging at its finest for the USMA GRADUATION weekend 500 a night. Now it’s 160 for this weekend.

Simply put, room didnt have hott water and the maintenance worker told my 6 year olds to "pretend its winter and youre in a lake". We got switched to a new room, but the shower had used soap in it along with the fact the water was literally brown.... needless to say we went without bathing.... they need to figure things out as there is potential for the property.... just seems like complacency ... manager was nice and helpful....

The hotel room was very dirty. There was hair all over the toilet and shower. Also, outside of our room was a dumpster, completely overflowing with trash, trash all on the ground and all near our room. Very overpriced there wasn’t even a bathtub in the room. It was more like a prison shower. I would not recommend anybody staying here.

Great Value for a Quick Stay I stayed here for just one night and found it to be exactly what I needed—clean, affordable, and well-located. While the accommodations are simple and not fancy, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the price was excellent for the area. If you’re looking for a basic place to rest for the night, this is a solid option.

Not recommended Place was a dump. Had caution tape surrounding the office when we pulled up at 10.pm. No one was in office my key was left in mailbox and there was no one to communicate with the entire time there. A straight dump. Can’t believe it’s open

Great hotel, but rude desk clerk. The clerk was talking on his cellphone while he was checking me in. That is tremendously rude, and unprofessional.
