"Great hotel great staff. If you have an electric car avoid as all guests park in charging bays. Four cars are not electric in bays all night.
It needs sorting as I had no charge and I was not able to charge. Really annoying as it should not happen."

"The location of the hotel is very good, there are two big supermarkets, two big shopping malls, and a pedestrian street within 200 meters, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel is very new, with central air-conditioning (rarely available in the UK) and elevator, and breakfast is good. There is a double bed and a single bed in the room, suitable for two large and one small."

"There is no telephone in the room, so if you have any questions, go to the information desk on the 1st floor, and you have to ask for a hairdryer at the information desk. The room fan is a little weak, but better than nothing because there is no air conditioner.
But overall not bad"

"Gutted that parking was an added issue with 7pounds per night and when we got to the room a welcome nite was on the television that greeted you but the wrong person was on the screen. Apart from that the stay was nice and quiet."

"Clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast with no added charge, fridge and microwave near reception which I would of made use of if staying longer than 1 night. Better than what I was expecting for the price and very handy location, just 5 minutes walk from the train station"

FfreerThe hotel was pretty much what you would expect from a premiere inn. The bed was comfy and there were extra pillows. The shower was nice and hot. You can have food in the room but you have to go and buy it from the restaurant/pub next door.
The room could have been cleaner, there was some corners and sides that looked like they could do with a bit more attention.
