The front desk person who checked me in wasn’t honest about the room request. She later again wasn’t honest about the pillows. It set an unpleasant tone from check in didn’t get better as the day moved on. The young man on duty later was honest, pleasant and helpful. I appreciate his understanding about the pillow he was able to offer my daughter another pillow if not I would have had to go out purchase one. The lady who worked hard keeping the rooms clean was excellent every morning she check if we were ok and needed anything. Good customer service with a smile.

Was ok they were starting to remodel.. so it was kind of sketchy….. the breakfast was ok had to ask for more things there were no eggs …

Very nice hotel. They are going through construction but still very nice and tidy. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool this time. My only one comment is they need to update their TV package. Staff was very friendly, very courteous. We’ll stay again there.

When booking the rooms the attendant was very helpful over the phone. She booked everything we needed for our trip with a group of students. The rooms were fine for what we needed. They were larger than the typical room which was nice. I wish the double queens allowed pull out sofas.

I cancelled my reservation due to the pool being closed because my kids wanted to swim and I was still charged $302 I reached out to the hotel on multiple occasions I keep getting the run around I don't think anybody has any money to waste or just give away
