Too far away Normal but far away really ! If there is something to support for visits will is much better

Ryoukan owners are very kind. They are not speak english fluently but I appreciate their service mind and detailed response. What I concerned for other traveller is only this place is far away from ginzan onsen.

There was no electricity during the shower, so I couldn't dry my hair. The air conditioner had no heater, and then there was no hot water at all. It's winter in March and there's no hot water at minus ten degrees. Are we going to freeze to death? The most outrageous thing is that the triple room doesn't even have a bathroom inside the room. There is always no one at the front desk when I take a shower or go to the front desk if I have anything to do. This is one of the worst hotels I have encountered in my childhood. I hope everyone will avoid this pitfall.

This is a very old hotel. I like the atmosphere of this hotel very much, but maybe the maintenance manpower is insufficient. The cleanliness of the hot spring bathhouse is not good, and the faucet for bathing has no hot water. Everything else is good.
