スタッフの皆様の対応や心づかいが温かかったです。年末年始の宿泊だったので、年越しそばやおせち、餅つきなど季節の行事でもてなしていただきました。（Trip.comの予約では、食事のプランが選べず、他の宿泊者とは違うメニューだったのは少し残念でしたが…）
また小学校の面影が残る施設で、震災のことを学べてとても貴重な経験でした。
部屋の壁は薄かったので隣の部屋の音が結構聞こえましたが、眺めはよく、エアコンとファンヒーターが準備されていて快適でした。

チェックインの時間を伝えてたのですがフロントには誰もいない、フロントに書いてあった連絡先に確認の問い合わせしても誰も出ない
学生の合宿なんだろうか遅くまで騒いでる
廃校をリノベーションして作られたところの様だがその一言がないため知らずに予約してしまったのも悪いがアメニティはタオルのみ、部屋にトイレ・洗面所・浴室なし、共同だし水道は水でお湯は全く出ない、大浴場とはいえ脱衣所のロッカーの鍵がかからない、部屋にエアコンはあったが外との気温差がかなりあり
食事するためのレンジやお湯も時間で使えなくなるのも知らなかったので近くのコンビニへ行くことに（車がないと行けない距離）
宿泊施設というより研修施設
エレベーターもなく一般の宿泊者には不向き！
もう少し情報ほしかった

LIVEに参加したあとに宿泊しました。チェックイン時間が急遽ライブ終了後になってしまいましたが、快く対応してくれました。廃小学校を活用しているため、3階の部屋まで階段ですが、懐かしい気持ちになりました。
2回フロアには大規模な遊びの施設や外には手作り遊具があり、子供が楽しめそうなつくりでした。
滞在時間が少なかったので満喫とまでは行かなかったので、またの機会にゆっくりと利用したいです。

行った時期は、冬でしたが、校舎と言う事もあり寒い事を予測して、部屋の暖房の他に、各部屋に灯油ヒーターを完備されており、寒さ対策バッチリで暖かく過ごせました。またリピーターになろうかと考えてます。

ライブが有り２１時３０分頃にチェックインだったが、対応して頂きありがとうございました。
(事前に遅くなる事を連絡済み)
ベットが4台有る部屋で室内は大変綺麗でした。ドアが歪んでいて少し持ち上げないと閉まらないのがちょっと残念かな。お風呂は熱めだが気持ち良かったです。

お世話になりました。松島基地航空祭2023初参加のため利用させて頂きました。
宿泊施設は、元、小学校の廃校を再利用した施設のため、それなりの不便さはあります。（エレベーターが無いなど）
教室と思われるところに、2段ベッドを設置していました。大浴場もあり、宿泊施設として基本的には問題ございません。
強いて申し上げるなら、各ベット内に空調、もしくは扇風機があれば嬉しかったです。カーテンを閉めるとエアコンがベット内にまで入らず熱がこもって暑いなと感じました。
あと、カプセルホテルと似たようなところがあるため、アイマスクと耳栓は必須だと思います。
それ以外は、スタッフの皆さんも愛想良く、サービスも柔軟に対応していただけるため良いと思います。
