The response and consideration of all the staff was warm. Since we were staying during the year-end and New Year holidays, we were treated to seasonal events such as Toshikoshi Soba, Osechi, and Mochi pounding. (I was a little disappointed that I couldn't choose a meal plan when making a reservation on Trip.com, and the menu was different from the other guests...)
It was also a very valuable experience to learn about the earthquake in a facility that still retains the vestiges of an elementary school.
The walls of the room were thin so I could hear a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms, but the view was good and the room was comfortable with air conditioning and a fan heater.

LIVEに参加したあとに宿泊しました。チェックイン時間が急遽ライブ終了後になってしまいましたが、快く対応してくれました。廃小学校を活用しているため、3階の部屋まで階段ですが、懐かしい気持ちになりました。
2回フロアには大規模な遊びの施設や外には手作り遊具があり、子供が楽しめそうなつくりでした。
滞在時間が少なかったので満喫とまでは行かなかったので、またの機会にゆっくりと利用したいです。

行った時期は、冬でしたが、校舎と言う事もあり寒い事を予測して、部屋の暖房の他に、各部屋に灯油ヒーターを完備されており、寒さ対策バッチリで暖かく過ごせました。またリピーターになろうかと考えてます。

ライブが有り２１時３０分頃にチェックインだったが、対応して頂きありがとうございました。
(事前に遅くなる事を連絡済み)
ベットが4台有る部屋で室内は大変綺麗でした。ドアが歪んでいて少し持ち上げないと閉まらないのがちょっと残念かな。お風呂は熱めだが気持ち良かったです。

お世話になりました。松島基地航空祭2023初参加のため利用させて頂きました。
宿泊施設は、元、小学校の廃校を再利用した施設のため、それなりの不便さはあります。（エレベーターが無いなど）
教室と思われるところに、2段ベッドを設置していました。大浴場もあり、宿泊施設として基本的には問題ございません。
強いて申し上げるなら、各ベット内に空調、もしくは扇風機があれば嬉しかったです。カーテンを閉めるとエアコンがベット内にまで入らず熱がこもって暑いなと感じました。
あと、カプセルホテルと似たようなところがあるため、アイマスクと耳栓は必須だと思います。
それ以外は、スタッフの皆さんも愛想良く、サービスも柔軟に対応していただけるため良いと思います。
